Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

Quote-based model

ZapStays facilitates introductions between travelers and property owners. Actual pricing, deposits, and stay agreements are between you and the property owner directly.

Prohibited use

Do not use ZapStays to spam, scam, harass, or transmit malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

Liability

ZapStays is not responsible for the condition, safety, or legality of any property listed. We verify owners but cannot guarantee the stay experience.
