What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your name, email, and phone number. When you request a quote, we pass your contact details to the property owner. When you chat, we store the messages so you can access them later.

How we use it

To match you with properties, facilitate communication with owners, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.

Analytics

ZapStays records basic page views and product events (hostel views, searches, quote requests, chat-starts) directly on our own servers, so we can improve the product and spot inventory gaps. We anonymize your IP address to a /24 prefix (IPv4) or /48 prefix (IPv6) and store an anonymous first-party session ID. We do not embed any third-party trackers, sell this data, or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@zapstays.in or support@zapstays.in. We will remove all personal data within 30 days.
